Walking in the Authority You Have Already Been Given
What does it truly mean to walk in the authority we have been given as followers of Jesus? This message cuts straight to the heart of a question many of us quietly wrestle with: if we have been given power over the enemy, why do so many of our prayer requests stay unanswered on the wall? Drawing from Luke 10, where the 72 disciples return with joy after seeing demons submit in Jesus' name, we are reminded that this same authority has been extended to us. We have not been left without a weapon or without power. The challenge is that most of us have never fully believed it. Just as we hold an unshakeable confidence in our salvation, we are called to hold that same unwavering faith in the authority Christ has placed in our hands. The message is urgent and personal: there are people around us who need what we carry, and the world is not waiting for us to get comfortable. It is waiting for us to get moving.
